A former Intel executive with over 30 years of international sales, marketing and operational business unit expertise.
During his long tenure at Intel, Rick served two international assigments in the USA as well as holding positions of EMEA Group Marketing Director, UK & Ireland Manager and General Manager of the Enterprise Platform Server Group.
Rick returns to Romonet having previously fulfilled the role of Chairman and Marketing Director from early 2010 through 2012.
Danny Reeves, CEO
Experienced executive with over 25 years of experience. Prior to Romonet, Danny was CIO, Services Division of multi-billion-dollar construction firm Balfour Beatty. He has also held senior roles in Capita, C&W, Henderson Group and Deutsche Bank.
Previously a member of a number of National IT Advisory Boards, where he has been a passionate evangelist for the shift from IT as a simple technology and support function, to an outright business leadership function.
Richard Rowson, CFO
Highly knowledgeable financial professional with extensive experience in the capital markets.
Richard has proved instrumental in guiding businesses through periods of rapid international growth, including one of the world’s largest operators Global Switch, and Workshare, a leader in secure enterprise file sharing and collaboration applications.
Zahl Limbuwala, Co-founder & Executive Director
As co-founder of Romonet, Zahl is deeply passionate about the data center and IT industries. Educated as an engineer in Analogue and Digital Electronics, Zahl’s early career was spent at Microsoft, Cisco and one of the City of London’s first B2B Internet service providers.
He was the founding chairman of BCS Data Centre Specialist Group and consultant to the EU Code of Conduct for Data Centers. He is a regular keynote speaker at industry events around the world and holds board advisory positions with a number of other European and US based technology companies.
Liam Newcombe, Co-founder & CTO
Co-founder of Romonet, recognized thought leader in the data center arena. Liam was the leading industry contributor to the European Commission’s European Code of Conduct for Data Centers, and used to chair the Best Practice Working Group.
Winner of DatacenterDynamics' Outstanding Contribution to the Industry Award for his work on the EU Code of Conduct for Data Centers.
Sean Newcombe, CCO
An innovator within the telecoms sector and listed on a number of patents and Design Council Awards during his time at STC and Nortel.
Sean now leads Romonet's commercial arm, as well as being directly involved in program management for some of Romonet’s largest clients.
Chad Riseling, SVP of Global Sales
25+ years’ experience in global sales management, with the past 15 spent in the data center industry. Previous VP of Global Sales role saw him grow company revenue between 40% - 75% YOY.
Previous senior sales executive positions include APC, Schneider Electric, and Netbotz.
Richard Jenkins, SVP of Global Marketing & Strategic Partnerships
Internationally-focused sales and marketing professional in enterprise software, data center analytics, IoT, cleantech and multimedia.
On leaving the Royal Navy in 1990, Richard worked for UK-based IT resellers developing channels across EMEA, building and selling a Y2K IT contractor firm, and providing IT consulting services to London-based banks. Other positions include Tivoli/IBM and Crystal Decisions (later Business Objects), Corporate Radar, Kyoto Planet, Plantiga and RF Code.
